en آزمون S برای تحلیل شباهت و عدم شباهت ژن‌های مرتبط موروثی عمومى General پژوهشي Research <p dir="RTL">یک آزمون جدید وراثت به‌نام S&nbsp;پیشنهاد می‌شود، که از اطلاعات فرزندان مبتلا و سالم خانواده استفاده می‌کند. فرزندان بر حسب شباهت‌های موروثی ژن‌های مرتبط‌شان مورد تحلیل قرار می‌گیرند. توزیع آزمون پیشنهادی S&nbsp;برگرفته از فرض صفرِ وراثتِ تصادفی است. میانگین و واریانس برای این توزیع محاسبه می‌شود. سپس آزمون به مجموعه‌ی داده‌های موجود در نوشتگان اعمال می‌شود. نتایج، حاکی از نوعی ارتباط بین ژن‌های مرتبط موروثی و ژن‌های بیمار است.</p> <p></p> <p><span style="line-height: 1.6em;">A new test of inheritance, S, is proposed, which uses information from affected as well as unaffected siblings in the fam&shy; ily. The siblings are analyzed in terms of similarities of haplotypes. The distribution of the proposed S&shy;test is derived under the null hypothesis of random inheritance. Mean and variance are obtained for the distribution. The test is then applied to data sets published in the literature.
