fa روش بیزی برای یافتن نقطه‌ی تغییر واقعی در چارت کنترلی عمومى General پژوهشي Research <p dir="RTL" style="text-align: justify;"><strong>چکیده:</strong> متخصصان فرایند همیشه به‌دنبال بهبود کیفیت فرایندها هستند. یکی از گام‌های اساسی برای بهبود فرایند، یافتن سریع نقطه‌ی شروع اختلال یا نقطه‌ی تغییر در فرایند است. برای این منظور پس از آن که چارت کنترل سیگنال خروج از کنترل را می‌دهد، ترتیبی از نقاط بر حسب زمان باید مشخص شود به‌طوری که اگر فرایند (موسوم طرح) به‌صورت دنباله‌ای این زمان‌ها امتحان شوند نقطه‌ی تغییر واقعی بلافاصله آشکار شود. یک روش معمول آن است که امتحان کردن فرایند را از زمان سیگنال (زمانی که فرایند از کنترل خارج شده) شروع کنیم و به نقاط نزدیک به آن برویم. در این مقاله نشان می‌دهیم که با یک روش بیزی می‌توان این مسأله را حل کرد، یعنی طرحی را برای امتحان کردن فرایند به‌صورت دنباله‌ای پیدا کنیم که در بین تمام طرح‌های ممکن دیگر مخاطره‌ی بیزی را مینیمم کند. در پایان روش بیزی ارایه‌شده را برای یک فرایند نرمال به‌کار برده و با یک روش فرعی مقایسه می‌کنیم که معمولاً برای یافتن نقطه‌ی تغییر از طریق یک سری از شبیه‌سازی‌ها به‌کار برده می‌شود.</p> <p dir="RTL"></p> <p dir="RTL"></p> <p style="text-align: justify;"><strong>Abstract:</strong> The process personnel always seek the opportunity to improve the processes. One of the essential steps for process improvement is to quickly find the starting time or the change point of a process disturbance. To do this, after a control chart triggers an out-of-control signal, an order of points in time (known as a plan) should be identified such that if the process examined sequentially at them, the true change point is detected as soon as possible. A typical method is to start the examination of the process from the signal time of the control chart and proceed to neighbouring points. In this paper, we establish a Bayesian method to solve this problem, i.e. to find a plan for examining the process sequentially such that it minimizes the Bayes risk among all other possible plans.
